To support this vision as one government one HR shared services vision, client asked Greatsands to develop strategic blueprint, operating model, KPI for strategic initiatives and implementation business case with TCO along with key implementation enablers on setting up of governance, Operating model and core processes for effective implementation
Bayanati has scaled up to be a single platform for Government Human Resources and have expanded the footprint into learning and development and creating a roadmap and used by ~70+ government entities and 30,000+ users
