After the first wave of Bayanati, The Government HR solutions was implemented, FAHR wanted to know the level of performance and utilization of the system with a roadmap with whole of the Government

In collaboration with Greatsands, the client has defined a well crafted strategy which marked Bayanati’s phased roadmap from 2012-19 based on long term direction and prioritization matrix for immediate two years.
To support this vision as one government one HR shared services vision, client asked Greatsands to develop strategic blueprint, operating model, KPI for strategic initiatives and implementation business case with TCO along with key implementation enablers on setting up of governance, Operating model and core processes for effective implementation
SUCCESS
Bayanati has scaled up to be a single platform for Government Human Resources and have expanded the footprint into learning and development and creating a roadmap and used by ~70+ government entities and 30,000+ users
