Cutting Edge Programme design for leadership development for a Government Entity, UAE
SITUATION
As part of the Absher Programme, Ministry of Presidential Affairs embarked on developing a unified leadership framework for UAE nationals working in private sector in order to build and enhance the leadership pipeline
SOLUTIONS
Collective effort from Greatsands and the Minisitry, the first stage was to develop a framework for Unifying, Accelerating and Enhancing leadership across industries specifically focused on UAE nationals.
The comprehensive framework included multi-level leadership development with clearly identified exits at various levels for leadership progression.
In line with the framework, program design for leaders and young leaders were designed along with operating model and implementation roadmap
SUCCESS
The umbrella framework helped in consolidating the leadership pipeline and helping in fast-tracking for high potential candidates and along with a cutting edge program for leadership development, it has given a strong impetus to the overall Absher Programme.
