Rwanda Information Society Authority has the mandate to implement national ICT policy and drive the ICT initiatives in the country. As part of the government modernization programme, RISA required to develop a comprehensive ICT infrastructure assessment and develop a cutting edge technology roadmap for adoption
SOLUTIONS
Greatsands joined forces with RISA to carry out an in-depth IT infrastructure across districts with over 100+ institutions whose IT infrastructure was assessed comprehensively.
Data driven insights from the assessment identified the gaps between the national agenda and the current state of IT infrastructure.
A well crafted multi year IT consolidation roadmap on a a government shared services model along with programme implementation with cutting edge technology platform was defined for implementation.
